提交的条款和条件

1. 申请人保证所提交的项目是原创的，他们是项目的所有者和作者，有权提交项目，并拥有项目的所有权利、头衔和利益（包括版权）。

2. The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that:
   (a) Latigo Films receives many ideas, scripts and projects for consideration or assessment and it is possible that some of the ideas, scripts and projects already under consideration or submitted after the date of this application may be similar or identical to some or all of the project submissions ; and
   (b) The Applicant will not hold Latigo Films liable in any way for the use of ideas of a general or generic nature contained in the submission (including, without limitation, any idea, theme, situation, geographic area and/or period in history).

3. 提交的所有权利仍然是申请人的财产。 Latigo Films可复制提交的作品以供评估，但未经申请人事先同意，不会复制或分发提交的作品。 但是，申请人同意有关其项目及其姓名和地址的详细信息可由Latigo Films保留，以协助跟踪未来的通信。
